Veyor Selected as 2026 “Equipment Share Platform of the Year” in PropTech Breakthrough Awards Program

Veyor, a live dock management platform for retail and mixed-use properties, today announced it has been selected as winner of the “Equipment Share Platform of the Year” award in the 6th annual PropTech Breakthrough Awards program conducted by PropTech Breakthrough, a leading independent market intelligence organization that evaluates and recognizes the world’s most innovative real estate technology companies and solutions.

At busy retail and mixed-use properties, the loading dock is where congestion, safety and security converge: vehicles queue on surrounding streets, guards spend hours directing trucks, tenants lack visibility into deliveries, and unverified vehicles can drive in. Veyor replaces first-come, first-served access to this shared asset with scheduled, verified and accountable bookings, giving property managers, facility teams and security staff real-time oversight of every booking, arrival, and vehicle on site, while drivers know their bay before they arrive.

The platform combines a connected dock booking system with role-based visibility for dock staff, tenants and security; driver pre-arrival check-in with induction and compliance verification; automated access control that admits only approved vehicles; bay restrictions that direct each vehicle to a suitable bay and keep oversized trucks out of unsuitable ones; tenant-level delivery rules delivered through a connected tenant experience platform; and a full audit trail of dock activity for compliance and security reporting.

The results are already on the record

The results are visible at some of Australia’s largest retail destinations. Chadstone runs a 30-bay loading dock on Veyor. Before implementation, security guards were stationed from 6 a.m. until past lunch to manage arrivals. Now operators at Vicinity Centres report that peak trading periods now run without issues, with security teams now visiting only once or twice a day. At Melbourne Central, where a single shared dock serves the retail precinct and a 51-floor office tower and handles 150 vehicles a day, The GPT Group saw booking compliance reach 85 to 90 percent within weeks of go-live, and dock misuse was identified and stopped.

"Nobody notices a loading dock until it stops working — and then the whole property feels it," said Richard Fifita, Co-Founder and CEO of Veyor. "Before Veyor, dock activity was mostly guesswork. Now it's scheduled, verified, and on the record, so our customers know exactly what's happening at their dock, at any moment. We're proud PropTech Breakthrough recognized that shift."

The PropTech sector is rapidly redefining how people buy, sell, manage and experience real estate, transforming one of the world’s largest asset classes. From property insights and digital transaction platforms to smart building technologies and sustainability solutions, PropTech is delivering greater efficiency, transparency and sustainability.

The mission of the annual PropTech Breakthrough Awards program is to recognize the innovators transforming the global real estate landscape through technology. The program conducts a comprehensive analysis of the companies, technologies and solutions redefining how properties are bought, sold, managed and developed. From property management platforms and smart building solutions to AI-driven analytics, blockchain-based transactions and digital twin technology, these breakthrough innovations are enabling real estate companies to operate more efficiently, enhance user experiences and shape the future of how people interact with property.

“In this category we look for platforms that make a shared asset work like a managed one, with clear rules and a record of what happened,” said Bryan Vaughn, Managing Director of PropTech Breakthrough Awards. “Veyor stood out in our evaluation for combining scheduling, verification and access control in one system, with results its customers can measure at the dock. Congratulations to Veyor on being named our 2026 Equipment Share Platform of the Year.”

Following deployments at major Australian retail destinations, Veyor continues to expand its platform across the globe in retail, mixed-use and construction logistics as property teams bring high-traffic docks under scheduled control.
