Q: How will it minimise delays/clashes?
A: By having everyone planning on the one central platform, you can increase transparency across your site or project and remove miscommunication. Q: Can it be customised for my site or project?
A: You can completely customise the scheduling board to reflect your site or project. You can make any area or asset bookable, pair assets to be booked together (like loading zones and cranes for example), customise your approval hierarchy (so you control who can approve, edit, decline bookings) and customise your booking forms (so you collect the right type of information for your project).
Q: I like my whiteboard - why digitise?
A: Whiteboards are great to visualise your daily plan. Think of Veyor like your digital whiteboard - you can set it up on a large screen if you want and take it with you in your pocket (on your phone). Q: How do I get set up and started?
A: Depending on the complexity of your site or project, your site can be customised and established within 1-3 days. If you’re new to Veyor, the team offers live training sessions for you, your team or your supply chain so you can quickly get up to speed, find out about the full range of features and start experiencing the benefits. Given how easy the system is to use, training sessions are fast and can be done on site or over a video call.
Q: Will I lose control over what is happening on site?
A: Absolutely not - remember that you can set your site up so that bookings require approval, so everyone can see what bookings on your schedule have been approved and what bookings haven’t. You will gain greater control over your site as all activity must be planned via the app, and must be approved, meaning you always have complete visibility on daily activity, as well as who’s been performing according to the schedule and who hasn’t.
Q: Does the app track my workforce?
A: The app only tracks live locations and ETAs of incoming trucks using a live maps integration if the driver agrees to be tracked for this time. It automatically stops tracking once the delivery has been completed, cancelled or times out.
