The Role
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach in this growing sector. Your ultimate goal will be to set high-quality meetings and build a pipeline for the Head of Loading Docks, contributing directly to revenue growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new projects, trends, and potential clients in the loading dock and logistics space.
- Prospect and establish relationships with stakeholders in Facilities Management, Commercial Real Estate Management, and related businesses.
- Set up and qualify discovery meetings for the Head of Loading Docks.
- Maintain and grow the current opportunity pipeline while generating new leads through outbound outreach.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to align messaging and campaigns for the sector.
- Provide regular insights and feedback on customer needs, market shifts, and competitive positioning.
Ideal Profile
- You possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- You have experience in business development, lead generation, or sales development, with prior exposure to construction, civil infrastructure, or related industries.
- This role is also open to fresh graduates or early-career professionals with prior internship experience
- You are proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You are driven, curious, and proactive, ready to take initiative and learn fast.
- You feel comfortable engaging with senior professionals and asking thoughtful questions.
- You are eager to work in a high-energy, target-driven team environment.
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow through on commitments.
